The Office of Research and Graduate School at WSU seek to
- establish an environment that promotes the ethical and responsible conduct of research in all disciplines.
- we have created policies, procedures, services, and other resources to help guide graduate students in their research efforts.
Responsible Research Newsletter
Every year we publish the Responsible Research newsletter, part of WSU’s initiatives to advocate for high ethical standards in research and academic integrity among graduate students. This newsletter presents various issues related to academic and research integrity, including but not limited to plagiarism, research with live subjects, and conflicts of interest. Through interviews, articles, and resources, this publication provides a context for responsible research for WSU graduate students.
Responsible Research Training
WSU's Office of Research and Graduate School require
all graduate students to complete the Responsible
Conduct of Research online training, which takes about
20 minutes, before or during their first semester as a
graduate student.
